Olivia and Isaiah chose their wedding location to reflect their personalities. Their love for travel, adventure and hiking. Castle mountain was the perfect backdrop to emulate that!

Their day started slow and intentional with getting ready in their log cabins on the resort. Olivia’s cabin overlooked the pathway guests had to walk to access the ceremony location, so it was the perfect spot for her and her bridesmaids to feel the excitement build to ceremony time.

The ceremony itself was nestled in a spot completely surrounded by mountains. The perfect spot to say I do. After their ceremony, they carved out some time for themselves to privately say their personal vows to each other. We chose a spot just a little farther up the mountain overlooking the perfect vista of mountains. They segwayed into their couple photos in the same spot and it was so calm, peaceful and utterly iconic. A little while later the rest of their bridal party rejoined them up on the mountain for their group photos along with some fun champagne pops.

Then it was time for the reception. Located in the Castle mountain ski lodge, it was the most perfect spot with mountain views outside the large glass windows for the reception festivities. After dinner and speeches we took a little break to capture a golden hour moment, and we were treated to such a stunning sunset on the roadway leading up to the resort. It was an unreal way to finish the formal photos of the day. All that was left was their dance to kick off and the party the start. My favorite moment was Olivia’s brother dancing a twirling their grandmother around the dance floor all night. Thanks Olivia and Isaiah for the most amazing mountain day.
